1. Ordering from Skinlicious

These terms apply to purchases made through skinlicious.com and use of this website, operated by Skinlicious Soaps™ Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at checkout. Please review your items, quantities, delivery address and total before submitting an order, and keep your confirmation for your records.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be authorized to use the payment method you select. If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.

Orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization. If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify an error that affects it, we will contact you. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed charge without your approval. If we cancel an order, amounts paid for the cancelled items and any associated undelivered shipping will be refunded.

2. Prices, offers and payment

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and available shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Online prices and offers may differ from those at shows or other sales channels.

Offers apply only to the products, quantities and conditions stated with the offer. Different soap sizes and loaves are not interchangeable for bundle qualification. Where an offer applies to complete groups, additional items outside those groups remain at their regular price. Any stated premium remains payable.

Payment is processed through the payment service offered at checkout, currently including Square for card payments. Please do not send full card numbers or security codes to us by email. We may need to verify an order to prevent fraud.

We may change prices and promotions for future purchases. This does not permit us to increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement. If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it, subject to applicable law.

3. Shipping, pickup and order changes

Available shipping methods, charges and destination restrictions are set out in our Shipping & Pickup information and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly confirmed as such. Your statutory rights regarding late or missing deliveries remain unaffected.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once packing, dispatch or custom production has begun, we may be unable to accommodate a voluntary change. This does not restrict any cancellation right provided by law.

Wholesale, custom, wedding and other special orders may have additional written terms provided before purchase.

4. Returns and order concerns

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges of our personal-care products, including wholesale purchases. Please choose carefully and contact us before ordering if you have questions about ingredients or scent.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, is defective, or your parcel does not arrive, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate. We will work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Nothing in this policy excludes rights concerning defective goods, misleading descriptions, non-delivery or other remedies available under applicable law.

5. Handmade variation, ingredients and safe use

Handmade products may vary in colour, pattern, shape and scent intensity between batches. Photographs are representative, and screen settings can affect colour. These natural variations do not excuse a product that fails to match its material description.

Read the current product information and label before use. Ingredients differ by product and may include fragrances, essential oils, botanical ingredients and other potential allergens. A product described as natural is not necessarily suitable for every person. Contact us before purchase if you need ingredient clarification.

Use products only as directed. Our soaps and cosmetic products are for external use unless expressly labelled otherwise. Avoid contact with eyes, stop use if irritation occurs and keep products away from children where appropriate. Information on this website is not medical advice and our cosmetic products are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

6. Privacy and email communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information to operate the store and fulfil orders.

Order confirmations, delivery updates and necessary customer-service messages are separate from promotional emails. Accepting these terms or placing an order does not, by itself, constitute express consent to marketing. Where we ask you to subscribe, your choice is voluntary and you may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the message’s unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

7. Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website to learn about our products, shop and keep copies of information relevant to your purchases. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information or infringe another person’s rights.

Skinlicious names, branding, photographs, artwork and original website content belong to Skinlicious Soaps™ Ltd. or their respective rights holders. Reproduction for commercial use requires permission. Third-party websites linked from our site operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Applicable law and these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date and apply prospectively; they do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
